Total By Verizon

All In NYC

On August 20, the New York City Metro Transit Authority (MTA) is raising the price of subway and bus rides from $2.75 to $2.90. Knowing that this will affect commuters across all five boroughs and beyond, Total by Verizon (TBV) wants to show their commitment to these commuters — many of whom are TBV’s core customers — by going all in for them. This way, commuters won’t have to pay more to do the things they need to do. But how?  By un-hiking the cost of New Yorkers’ commute on August 21 with pre-paid MetroCards, wrapped in Total by Verizon branded sleeves. These will be handed out at key transit hubs near Total by Verizon stores, with 100 “golden ticket” Unlimited—just like our wireless service — cards.  And with select store locations serving as distribution points, we’ll also drive existing and new customers to come inside and check out what else we have to offer.
